Our 2005 Sangiovese is made as a full bodied Italian style wine. The aroma carries with it the deeper essence of dried cherries, caramel and dark chocolate. A full mouthfeel is complimented by balanced acids and tannins overlaid with flavors of cherry, dried stone fruits, and leather. The acid and tannins sustain through the finish and will easily clear the palate of heavy, complex and spicy sauces or richer meats.
